Return Policy

CutShots offers a 30 day return policy for any purchase that you make on our online store. You may return items that are in a like new condition within the 30 day window for any reason. You will have to pay return shipping if the reason you are returning a product is not due to damage in transit or an error on our part.

To return an item, please contact us here. We will issue an approval and a label to ship our products back to us. We can deduct the cost of the label from your refund or you can ship it to us from a carrier of your choice at your cost.

As part of our return policy, we ask that you provide us with the reason for your return so that we can improve our products and services.

Returns – Damage in Transit or Error on Our Part

If the items that you purchased were damaged in transit or the order received contained an error, we will work to fix the problem with your order as quickly as possible. If an item is damaged, we will send out a replacement via the same shipping option that you selected. Please contact us here to report any damages or errors.

We ask that you report any damages or errors as soon as possible. Damage or error claims can only be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
